Focal's Chora Series speakers use innovative new drivers that are designed and made in-house for gorgeous, detailed sound. This centre channel speaker is your go-to for clear dialogue and on-screen effects if you're building a home theatre system with Chora floor-standing or bookshelf speakers.

Innovative woofer design

The pair of 6.5" Slatefiber midbass woofers in the Chora Centre speaker are made of recycled carbon fibres, for excellent rigidity. Compared to the woofers in Focal's previous Chorus line-up, these drivers are lighter, more responsive, and have better damping. As a result, the Chora Series can offer better, tighter bass, and respond beautifully to high-current power.

A high-performance tweeter

The TNF inverted dome tweeter used here is known for its wide dispersion. The version in the Chora series uses a material called Poron, which suspends the tweeter from its mount. This suspension is trickled down from the Beryllium drivers in Focal's flagship Utopia speakers. Think of it as memory foam. By maintaining its shape as the driver moves, it significantly reduces distortion for clearer sound.
