Monday - Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
Sunday – Closed
To help you follow current social distancing guidelines of 2 metres we have added floor markings in-store and we will limit the number of customers’ in-store at any one time.
We will be regularly cleaning any hard surfaces that customers may encounter including doors, displays, desk areas and credit card machines. We will also provide an antibacterial hand wash station at the entry/exit of the showroom.
For local customers that place orders via our website or by phone we can offer contact free delivery to your front door or garage. We have provided our staff with disposable gloves, antibacterial cleaning gel and cleaning wipes to be used before and after every delivery.
Online orders & deliveries
Online orders are still being processed as normal, our delivery partner DPD has implemented various measures including introducing contact free delivery, this means customers will not be asked to sign handheld units. With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of your order.
We are now operating our regular installation services however we ask that customers adhere strictly to the social distancing guidelines allowing our staff the space required to safely complete their work.
