ARCAM A50 Signature – 50 Years of Hi-Fi

Introducing the ARCAM A50 Signature – 50 Years of Amplifier Expertise

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, ARCAM has introduced a very special new integrated amplifier – the A50 Signature.

Sitting at the top of the Radia Series, the A50 Signature represents ARCAM's most advanced integrated amplifier to date and the company's first to use a fully dual-mono Class G design. Developed in collaboration with ARCAM co-founder John Dawson, it brings together five decades of amplifier experience in a thoroughly modern design.

At its heart is a powerful Class G amplifier delivering 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms, rising to 220 watts into 4 ohms. Each channel has its own amplification section, power regulation and dedicated transformer windings, helping improve channel separation, reduce interference and provide greater control over demanding loudspeakers.

The A50 Signature is also exceptionally well equipped. An ESS ES9039Q2M DAC handles digital sources, with connections including USB-C, optical, coaxial and HDMI eARC for easy integration with a television. Analogue users are catered for with RCA and balanced XLR inputs, plus a high-quality Class A MM/MC phono stage for turntables.

Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX Lossless, Snapdragon Sound and Auracast adds convenient wireless listening, while wired and wireless headphone options make the A50 Signature equally versatile for private listening.

Priced at £2,499, the ARCAM A50 Signature is more than simply an anniversary model. It is a statement integrated amplifier designed to combine ARCAM's traditional focus on musical performance with the connectivity expected from a modern hi-fi system.

For anyone looking to build a high-performance system around a single, beautifully engineered amplifier, the A50 Signature looks set to become one of the standout ARCAM products of its 50th anniversary year.
