Delivery Information
Free Next Day Delivery
We offer free next day delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £120.
Next day delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Friday and the item must be in stock and the order received before 15.00. Items ordered after 15.00 on a Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (please allow an extra day if a bank holiday falls within this period).
Some larger items are not available on a next day delivery service, in these cases the product page will display the expected delivery time. If you would like to confirm the delivery time prior to ordering please call 01932 851121 or email sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk.
Our delivery partners DPD offer an interactive messaging service to help you track your delivery so please provide a mobile phone number where possible
* for orders under £120 a delivery charge of £7.50 will apply.
* Remote and offshore locations are excluded from the free delivery service. For these locations we offer a standard 2-5 day delivery service at £16 per item. Please see list of remote & offshore postcodes at the bottom of this page.
Online orders & deliveries
DPD is our chosen delivery partner. DPD offer a contact free delivery, this means customers will not be asked to sign handheld units, instead a photograph will be taken as proof of delivery. You will be provided with full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of your order. DPD will also provide a 1 hour time window for your delivery on the morning of the delivery. Please note that the cut-off time for next-day delivery service is 15.00.
Local delivery & installation Services
Local deliveries and installations are carried out by our own experienced in-house team, if you have any special requirements please contact us prior to delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.
Large Screen TV Delivery
All TV deliveries are made by our own experienced delivery team to ensure that they are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition. When purchasing a large screen TV you will have three delivery options:
- Drop-off delivery free of charge
- Delivery and basic installation £65
- Delivery and basic wall mount installation £150

Our large screen TV delivery and installation service is only available within approximately a 15 mile radius of our store, if you find there are no delivery options available for your delivery address please call us 01932 851110 or email our sales team as we will always try to accommodate where we can
General Information
If an item is unexpectedly not available we will contact you immediately to advise on the expected delivery date - you will of course have the option to cancel the order should you wish.
If you would like your delivery on a specific day please make a note in the customer notes section during the check-out process.
Some items aren't available to purchase on line and these are marked as 'enquire now' - we do still offer a free local delivery and optional installation service on these items - please complete the enquiry form, call 01932 851121 or email our sales team to find out if you fall within our delivery area.
