We are excited to welcome Arcam’s eagerly awaited new Radia Series of Hi-Fi components, all meticulously crafted with a unique combination of bold aesthetics and state-of-the-art audio technology, setting new standards for design and sound quality. The new range comprises of three integrated amplifiers, a CD player and a high-resolution music streamer.
Arcam has a rich history rooted in a passion for music and electronics. It all began in 1976 when two friends, both engineering students at Cambridge University, came together to found Amplification and Recording Cambridge. In the decades since Arcam has continued to refine and innovate, creating an long line of class leading audio components.
With a commitment to preserving and handling delicate signals and reproducing music with all its subtleties intact, ARCAM has honed its techniques to perfection with the new Radia Series. As audio technology evolves towards even higher definition formats, the brand remains steadfast in its mission to faithfully serve the music and provide maximum enjoyment to listeners.
Radia Family Product Design
The Radia family of products feature a subtle symmetrical design that complements their premium aluminium construction. Adorned with seamless front fascias, redesigned control knobs, and subtle lighting effects, these Radia components exude a sense of luxury with clear hints at their premium performance. The smooth, matte black surface is accentuated by signature Radia yellow highlights, creating a visually striking appearance. Ventilation cutouts on the top are seamlessly integrated into a pattern of dynamic lines, maintaining a flawless aesthetic.
ARCAM Radia Amplifiers
The new Radia amplifiers from ARCAM are equipped with Bluetooth aptX® Adaptive receivers, internal antennas, digital inputs, and ARCAM’s signature MM phono stage. The A5 and A15 amplifiers, delivering 2x50W and 2x100W respectively with Class AB amplification, feature new digital circuitry based on the ESS ES9018 DAC. The A25 amplifier steps up to a Class G amplifier delivering 2x100W, equipped with the ESS ES9280AQ DAC, USB-C inputs, LED illuminated highlights, and a seamless OLED display on the front panel.
ST5 Music Streamer
The ST5 music streamer features an internal Wi-Fi antenna and supports an impressive list of music services, including Amazon Music Unlimited, Qobuz, Internet radio, podcasts, Tidal Connect, and Spotify Connect. Additionally, it offers support for MQA, Google Chromecast, Apple Airplay2, and Roon.
CD5 CD Player
The CD5 CD player offers playback for CD, CD-R, and CD-RW, along with playback from USB mass storage and support for FLAC, WAV, and MP3 formats. Both the ST5 and CD5 feature an ESS ES9018 DAC and boast 24-bit/192-kHz resolution.
