CD’s may not be as popular now as they were in years gone by but we know there are many music lovers out there with large CD collections that still want to enjoy the best possible listening experience.
Arcam has been a pioneer of Compact Disc technology almost right from the start, launching their Delta 70 CD player in 1986, designed and built by Arcam from the ground up. In the decades since Arcam’s engineers have gained vast experience and expertise in producing high quality digital audio products and all the valuable knowledge has been poured into the CD5.
Premium Components
New components and materials have been painstakingly analysed and reviewed to ensure the best possible performance. A premium ESS 9018 DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) helps the CD5 to deliver lifelike, immersive sound with depth, clarity and incredible detail.
Hi-Res audio playback
The CD5 can play both FLAC and WAV encoded CDs to provide Hi-Res capabilities. The rear mounted USB-A input also allows playback of FLAC, WAV, WMA, MP3 and AAC music files (up to 24-bit/192kHz) when stored on a USB flash drive or hard disc storage device.
Flexible connectivity
Arcam’s CD5 includes a choice of audio outputs including digital optical, digital coaxial or analogue RCA, ensuring compatibility with any amplifier or AV receiver.
Sleek style & premium build quality
With its sleek design, all-aluminium casing and luxurious satin black finish the CD5 has the looks to go with its high-end performance.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £120. A delivery charge of £7.50 will apply to orders under £120.
In stock items will be shipped on a next day service unless a specific delivery date has been requested. Individual product pages will advise on expected delivery times for non-stock items. If you would like to check the delivery time prior to ordering please call 01932 851121 or email sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk.
Cut-off time for next day delivery is 15.00 Monday-Friday.
In stock items ordered after 15.00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (please allow an extra day if a bank holiday falls within this period).
Our delivery partner DPD offers an interactive messaging service and will provide a 1-hour time window for your delivery so please provide a mobile phone number where possible.
* Remote and offshore locations are excluded from the free delivery service. For these locations we offer a standard 2-3 day delivery service at £16 per item.

Cancellations & Returns
At Weybridge Audio we want our customers to be happy with their purchase which is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on all products purchased through our website. If you would like to return an item please call us on 01932 851121 or email to sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk including your name, address, and original order number. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty in which case we will arrange to collect the faulty item at our expense.
Items must be returned to us in 'as new' condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item, subject to the above terms being met.
