HOODY™ 2 Large Fire And Acoustic Speaker Hood
HOODY™ 2 is a speaker hood that has been specially designed for in-ceiling speakers and features a fire rating of up to 90 minutes, meeting all the UK building and IEE Regulations and is Parts B,L,C and E compliant.
HOODY™ 2 features a universal fitment and works with all makes of ceiling speakers from 7″ to 10" design. Thanks to its acoustic construction HOODY™ 2 will also stop a large amount of backwards sound leakage from the speakers to adjacent rooms, making in-ceiling speaker installation below a child’s bedroom for example, achievable.
Prevents fire from penetrating the ceiling void and retains ceiling’s fire protection integrity
Reduces speaker sound leakage to floors above
Acoustic rated for compliance with document L of the building regulations
Lightweight & flexible cover can be fitted from below or above the ceiling
Installed in seconds and maintenance free

Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £120. A delivery charge of £7.50 will apply to orders under £120.
In stock items will be shipped on a next day service unless a specific delivery date has been requested. Individual product pages will advise on expected delivery times for non-stock items. If you would like to check the delivery time prior to ordering please call 01932 851121 or email sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk.
Cut-off time for next day delivery is 15.00 Monday-Friday.
In stock items ordered after 15.00 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (please allow an extra day if a bank holiday falls within this period).
Our delivery partner DPD offers an interactive messaging service and will provide a 1-hour time window for your delivery so please provide a mobile phone number where possible.
* Remote and offshore locations are excluded from the free delivery service. For these locations we offer a standard 2-3 day delivery service at £16 per item.

Cancellations & Returns
At Weybridge Audio we want our customers to be happy with their purchase which is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy on all products purchased through our website. If you would like to return an item please call us on 01932 851121 or email to sales@weybridge-audio.co.uk including your name, address, and original order number. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty in which case we will arrange to collect the faulty item at our expense.
Items must be returned to us in 'as new' condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item, subject to the above terms being met.
