The Sonos 8" In-Ceiling speakers have been designed to work perfectly with the Sonos Amp, using state of the art digital signal processing to customise the sound for your room size, construction and layout of furniture. The flush and bezel-less grilles can be painted to precisely match your ceiling to ensure the most discrete installation.

You can also mix and match these with other Sonos speakers to create multiple zones throughout your home. With Sonos Amp you can enjoy the full Sonos experience, including control with the Sonos app and Apple AirPlay 2.

Sonos 8" In-ceiling speakers are ideal for bigger spaces, the larger 8" woofer allows for deep, powerful bass with wide sound dispersion. When you enable the Speaker Detect feature in the Sonos app, the custom DSP optimises the EQ, while limiter control ensures balanced and consistent volume dynamics throughout the frequency range.

Trueplay™ Compatible

The layout of a room, and where a speaker is placed, can have a significant impact on the sound that you hear. As the TruePlay™ calibration tone is played, the microphone in your device takes an “acoustic profile” of your room by recording how loud various frequencies sound as you move around.  TruePlay then applies a combination of equalizer and filtering techniques to correct these frequencies so your music sounds the way the artist intended it to.
