With the 600 S3 Series speakers Bowers & Wilkins has built upon three decades of experience in creating the reference standard in attainable yet high-performance speakers.

The 603 S3 takes this award-winning formula and evolves it. By complementing the Continuum cone™ with a new Titanium Dome tweeter and upgraded speaker terminals, plus a subtly modernised design, the 603 S3 offers outstanding performance with deep, room filling bass, open detailed mid-range and crystal-clear high frequencies.

Updated tweeter design

The eighth generation of one of hi-fi’s most acclaimed speaker ranges features some of the most comprehensive upgrades the 600 Series has ever received. The most significant of these is the new Titanium Dome tweeter. Previous iterations of the 600 series used aluminium domes for their tweeters. The 603 S3 features a newly designed titanium dome tweeter that's decoupled from the cabinet for a more natural, open sound.

Continuum Cone™ technology

Below the Titanium Dome tweeter sits a 6" Continuum™ cone midrange driver and two 6.5” paper bass cones. The advanced midrange driver uses B&W's highly acclaimed Fixed Suspension Transducer™ (FST), a technology that has filtered down from the company's legendary 800 series. The cone's unique composite construction gives the driver exceptional resolution and transparency even on the most demanding tracks.

Premium build quality

The 603 S3’s feature upgraded speaker terminals, taken from the 700 S3 Series whilst a rear-firing bass port featuring Bower’s trademark Flowport™ technology helps to improve performance by allowing air to move in and out of the cabinet more efficiently, thereby reducing the amount of turbulence.
