TV Delivery & Installation Services
Our TV delivery and installation service is only available within approximately a 15 mile radius of our store, if you find there are no delivery options available for your delivery address please call us 01932 851110 or email our sales team as we will always try to accommodate where possible.
Because of the fragile nature of LED and OLED TV screens all TV deliveries are made by our own experienced delivery team to ensure that they are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition. When purchasing a large screen TV you will have three delivery options:
- Drop-off delivery free of charge – delivered to the room of your choice.
- Delivery and basic installation £60
- Delivery and basic wall mount installation £145
Basic Installation
Basic installation includes unboxing the TV, attaching the stand and then connecting the set to your existing services and devices (terrestrial aerial, set-top box, DVD or Blu-ray player etc). If you have a Freeview aerial our installers will tune in the available channels and for Smart TVs they will connect the set to your internet (either via Wi-Fi or hard-wired if the router is nearby).
Please ensure that you have all necessary cables required for connecting additional devices. Our installers do keep a range of cables and accessories on board so if we need to supply any additional cables or accessories there will be a separate charge for these. We will also collect and recycle your old TV set where required.
Basic Wall Mount Installation
Basic wall mount installation includes unboxing the TV, wall mounting the TV and suitable bracket (sold separately) and where necessary installing surface mounted trunking to hide any signal and power cables. Please see the related products section for the TV you are buying to help with choosing a suitable wall bracket.
Our installers will connect the set to your existing services and devices (terrestrial aerial, set-top box, DVD or Blu-ray player etc). If you have a Freeview aerial our installers will tune in the available channels and for Smart TVs they will connect the set to your internet (either via Wi-Fi or hard-wired if the router is nearby).

Bespoke Installation Services
We also offer a range of bespoke installation services which include hiding / chasing wires etc into walls. The cost for these services varies depending on the type of wall construction, distance from services to the TV etc. Please contact us or visit us instore to discuss the options.
