JBL's Stage 280C works perfectly in a regular two-channel music system or as the overhead effects speakers for a Dolby Atmos home theatre system. High Performance Drivers

The Stage 280C features a 1" aluminium dome tweeter with an acoustic lens that produces crystal clear high frequencies whilst an 8" Polycellulose woofer delivers smooth mids and powerful, deep bass. The drivers are fixed inside a rigid, optimised baffle to reduce diffraction and other types of sound-muddying distortion. With a high sensitivity rating of 90dB these ceiling speakers don’t need a large or powerful amplifier to deliver a room filling sound.

Simple Installation

Using JBL's XL-2 installation system this ceiling speaker is quick and easy to install. The rear legs can attach to ceilings up to 50mm thick, giving you plenty of versatility when it comes to placement. Once installed, the low profile grille with ‘zero-bezel’ hides the speaker inside your ceiling giving a clean, modern look. The grille can even be spray painted to match the ceiling colour.
