4K enhanced by HDR

The PL1's pixel-shifting DLP projection technology delivers razor-sharp detail, letting you take advantage of the range of 4K content now available on streaming services like Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Even Standard definition content gets a boost thanks to the built-in 4K upscaling, so you can benefit from enhanced image quality no matter the source.

The Hisense PL1 also supports various HDR (High Dynamic Range) formats including HDR10, Dolby Vision®, and HLG, helping to bring out additional detail and contrast when viewing HDR-encoded programs.

Intuitive interface and smart features

The projector's built-in VIDAA Smart TV interface lets you browse a wide range of popular streaming services including Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. You can also stream wirelessly from your smartphone using device pairing or Apple AirPlay 2 if you’re using an iPhone. There is also a comprehensive VIDAA app that you can use to control the projector.

If you're a movie fan you’re in for a treat, the PL1 supports Filmmaker Mode, helping you to experience films exactly as their creators intended. For gaming fans, Game Mode keeps input lag down to a minimum to ensure your controls feel smooth and responsive. The projector will even recognize games consoles and adjust accordingly with ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode).

Hands-free Voice remote

You can conveniently speak out to your Hisense TV remote at a distance of up to 3 meters or alternatively by pressing the voice command button.

Built-in speakers

Many projectors require a separate audio system even for just casual TV-viewing because their audio capabilities are so limited. This Hisense projector has a built-in audio system with Dolby® decoding, a pair of full-range top-firing speakers, and 30 watts of amplification.

Of course, if you would like to upgrade the sound you can easily connect a separate soundbar or surround sound system thanks to the HDMI ARC/eARC and digital optical ports.

Simple setup

The projector's ultra-short throw design saves you the trouble of mounting it on the ceiling or running cables across your room. It's easy to fit into most rooms — just place the projector on a low table right under your screen and you're ready to go.

Versatile connectivity

The PL1 has two HDMI ports that can be used for connecting additional sources like a Blu-ray player, games console, or surround sound system. HDMI port 2 is compatible with enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC), letting you pass immersive audio formats like Dolby Atmos®. There are also two USB ports on the projector. These let you plug in flash drives or USB hard drives loaded with music or videos.
